Zigbee (conbee) and mozilla iot (air conditioning and central heating)

Hi,

I have ConBee Zigbee USB stick, how can I control air conditioning and сentral heating via mozilla iot? I understand, that I will need a special thermostat and air conditioning, could you clarify what exactly is needed and what are the options?
