Hi.
After the recent update to 20151230201227, my Z3C does not ask me for PIN after restart, until I launch Messages or Phone app. I faced this once with Flame and turning the airplace mode on/off helped, but not this time.
Can anyone confirm, of should I just file a new bug?
What’s the behaviour if you reboot?
Nothing special. All apps and even Wi-Fi work fine, I just don’t see prompt for PIN and the phone does not connect to cellular network (even do not see any icon in the notification bar it is trying to).

It shows it to me after a restart, same build ID as you.

Are there any logs for that I could investigate?
It should show up when you unlock the lockscreen. If it doesn’t this is
indeed a new bug, please file 
Note: while you stay in the lockscreen nothing warns you that you need
to enter a PIN. I also think this is a bug so I filed in

What happens when you launch contacts or dialer?
It should trigger. Capturing a lot at would help.
Tested now with other apps. Launching Messages, Phone (dialer), Contacts or Usage shows the SIM PIN prompt in the foreground of the app. But no other app does.
