why Firefox Screenshots saved in jpg?
i need all screenshots in png format only.
how to do configure to all screenshots take in only png format?

When images get above a certain size we convert them to jpg automatically because they were giant (like, 50+mb) and noticeably slow to upload. We’re looking into not converting them if you’re just saving them to disk though.

I prefer jpg! I do not find where i can choose.
We have an (poor) option, that is ‘open the console and type in’:
:screenshot --fullpage
It will always return the best quality for fullpage screenshot.
concerning size
there is pngquant which is excellent for text or anything without shades or gradients
it often reduces size 3x and looks transparent to the original png
