Why do i have to click "allow" when new tab opens?

When i click a link the “allow” button pops up on right top of page, how do you turn this off?

This forum is for add-on topics, and you haven’t explained if the problem has anything to do with one. The support site is the best place to look for help initially.

I have been all over the support site and can not seem to find anything on
this issue.
Could you refer me to a person who might be able to help?
This started after an upgrade of Firefox a short time back. When i click a
link from my email i have to click that “Allow” button to open the page.
This never happened before…?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Jim
