While resizing the snap, resizing control points disappears sometimes

To easily reproduce:

  1. Click page Shot icon
  2. Try resizing the upper point past the address bar.

Expected Result: Sould not be able to go past the address bar and the resizing points should stay visible just below the address bar.
Actual Result: It goes past the address bar and the resizing points disapears.
