When is the new add-on block process goes into effect?(not day, but time)

first of all, I apologize that I posted my question in Incorrect forum. I’m from here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1260322.
pasted my past question:

The new add-on block process was announced, But I can’t find the TIME when those process goes into effect(I only know DAY not TIME).
I have to check if my add-on will be blocked or not for my team as soon as possibly, so I want to know when it is.
I’m in Japan(JST / UTC+0900)

jscher2000 told me that I have to know which my extension use obfuscated code or not, but I can’t be certain It’s not, so I want to know the time when is the new add-on block process goes into effect.
or, can I know that my extension will be block by new process before it goes into effect?

Hi @hikaruS, this policy will go into effect June 10, 2019 (and here is a link to the announcement).

do you know what TIME is it? I only know the DAY for it.
