What Would Participation 101 have for you?

Trying to great a thinking/brainstorming/thread on what you would like in a Participation 101 learning experience.

Just list things we would want to provide other participation leaders or functional areas across Mozilla.

For example @yofiesetiawan mentioned he would like training on recruitment. That would be a great topic for Participation 101.

Local community management and volunteers motivation would be interesting topics as well, not forgetting public speaking and PR.
