Hello Everyone,

This is the third update for the Community Portal.

The playground team is making great strides turning the sketches into higher fidelity wireframes. Here are the Group & Activity sketches. Keep in mind all of the copy is temporary.

Input & Feedback Requests:

  • How important is having a “map” view for groups, individuals?
  • How would you search to find a group? By name, location, tag (interest)?
  • Anything else you want to share!

I’d say location and interest in that order. I think the name is quite arbitrary and might not be a very good search criteria, except if you really know what you’re looking for.

Would that be a geographic map or some kind of network map showing connections between individuals/groups/activities?

I agree with @mkohler comment above about the search criteria. Location is important, as is the core interests.
