I am waiting for Preliminarily Review of my Addon “MyFastBooking” and it’s not happened. Usually it happened with in hours but for this update, it has took Days.
Can some one please check it.

I think that you were just lucky those few times when it was reviewed in hours. It really does depend on how much time reviewers have as well as how long the queue is.
Take a look over here to understand exactly how much time you could expect to wait for the reviewing process.

Currently there are almost 300 add-ons for preliminary review. Since your add-on is far back in the queue I cannot guarantee it will be reviewed fast.
And, as discussed here there is even a queue that hasn’t been (will soon though) gone through for reviewers. I’d expect in the coming week the review queue will start to empty out some.
