Validation Results failure

I just received e-mail on 10 August reporting validation failures for some of my
add-ons. (This is for a FF version that will be released on 11 August).

Alas the results of the validation are withheld. When I click on the link e.g.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/kill-it/validation-result/449278
I get just an empty box with a spinner that spins forever. Is this a known bug?

As you were the one who filed a bug, I guess it is now.

So what should I do? According to the validation results one of my add-ons fails
but I can find no error when I run it on FF 40. I could manually declare it to be valid for FF 40 but there may still be a bug that the validation test is finding.

Is there a way to run the validation tests manually?

Yes, there is, see the github page for amo-validator. However, there is already a fix that will probably be deployed on Thursday.
