I’m not sure if anyone got a manual with their device but Caspy7 located this basic manual for the Android version. Click the link in the last row of the table - the direct link gives an error.
Unfortunately there is no information on how to force a reset or get into recovery mode which we really need right now.
If anyone can speak chinese we should contact the head office and ask. I’ve pinged a mate who is in China to ask for his help.
the tablet came with an english manual but it’s too simple and doesn’t cover those topics
www.infocus.com.cn is the official web site but it’s in chinese !
I’m Chinese, I’ll take a look at it later. 
Probably much the same as the Android version we found mentioned above. It’s much too basic as you say.
Sorry, I’m stuck with other things occurring right now. This will have to delay for a few hours or onto Monday at the latest. But I will do my best!
Well… there is no mention of anything on the Chinese site. A search returned nothing as well.
My mate in China said he would chase them on Monday.
