"Upload new version/extension" hanging in validating mode

Hi all,

I am trying to add a new version of my extension, but it is hanging. It is beeing uploaded then it hangs (I waited for 20 mins) in the validating mode. Is there a way to log a bug/issue to addon.mozilla website.

The file I try to upload is here: http://www.htmlpedia.org/htmlvalidator/tidy_firefox_win_0962.xpi

Also, it has also worked in the past when uploading my extension.
