Update RepsCouncil group

Hello,

We need to update the Discourse RepsCouncil group with the new members:

https://reps.mozilla.org/people/#/group/council/

Also I see old Council members are still having the title, is that something we can fix too?

Hi there,

New members updated. outgoing council members – San James, Luis, Ankit and Bob have been removed from this group.

Titles also updated.

Thanks! Can I get curator rights to this group? AFAIK this is now possible on Discourse.
