Unable to install add-ons (extensions or themes) every time i try i get this message
what going on it was working before i format my laptop
Firefox version is 60.0.2
Windows 10 Famille
i search on the net but i have not found any good solution pleas help
Sometimes this problem arises because a user’s browser or security software settings/add-ons prevent the redirect:
First request:
GET
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/804496/alexa_rank-0.9.1-an+fx.xpi
Second request (after redirect):
GET
https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/898857/alexa_rank-0.9.1-an+fx.xpi
If you copy that second address, and paste it into the address bar when you are on the Add-ons site and press Enter to load it, what happens? (If you try it on this site, Firefox will block the installation because by default this site does not have permission to install extensions.)
