The "Live samples" page in MDN needs to be updated

The Live samples page needs to be updated according to the following note:

Note: This is currently (Feb. 2016) under discussion on the dev-mdc mailing list (see this thread). Any input is welcome. If this note persists after some month (Apr. 2016), please reach the author of the first email in this thread for updating this page.

Unfortunately, I haven’t find a suitable way to directly contact the author of the first email in the mentioned thread yet. However, it looks like @sphinx_knight was the one who wrote it. Hopefully, he’ll see this message.

Basically those conventions reached consensus so I’ve simply removed the note.
