Hello!

I’m using uPassword for my password generation and management needs.

FF46 broke it because it used an old style array comprehension.

I fixed it, but I would like to get my Ffix signed and uploaded as the new official version of the plugin, so others can also profit from my efforts.

License should not be a problem, as it was licensed under a BSD style license.

You can only submit new versions if the original developer gives you permission. Have you tried contacting them?

If you have no luck getting in touch, your best bet is to change the add-on ID and create a new listing with the forked version.

The problem is, that the domain upassword.com was abandoned.

So I registered it and took over the account. The Extension is completely unobfuscated JS/XUL/HTML, so I don’t think there will be any problems.
