Save to pocket has tags, I think saving screenshots could benefit from exactly same interface. There’s a small text bar that lets you enter tags for easier search later(search is going to be a thing, right?), it could be next to cancel, download and save buttons for screenshots after you select the area.
If the screenshot is saved to user’s device instead, the text bar could be used for entering custom filename, perhaps?
