Tablet not delivered 2 months after confirmation

Hi, I have been accepted for TCP but FedEx has stopped the delivery of my tablet over a month ago claiming the packaging exceeds shipping size. I haven’t realized back then. Is there any way, we can arrange this?

feer56 passed this on to me. I’ll see if there’s anything I can do with the existing tablet. If I cannot solve it, I will try to send a new one (I have found three extras that I did not know we had.)
