Suggestion : easily identify "unread" tabs

Hello and thanks for this great job,

Should it be possible to have an icon / star / what else on newly opened tabs?
Iā€™m addicted to the middle-click and sometimes, with many tabs on lthe list, it could be difficult to find the dozens ones I 've just clicked :slight_smile:
