Some defaultapps require full devtools

Some of the default apps like hackerplace say to enable devtools which says it’ll wipe the phone… So why are they there ;p

I don’t think hackerplace will be included in builds anymore as they added Add-Ons secton on Marketplace. Anyway, you can enable devtools without hard reset, with conneced phone to PC and webIDE. :slight_smile:

Worth considering a better explanation on the applications themselves? (Linking to the MDN article may be good enough?)

I just wiped the device as I had not used it.

Can you check your settings to be sure you did not overwrite those too?
