Continuing the discussion from London Meet-up Master topic:
Day 1 was pretty great in terms of getting everyone on the same page, though it was a lot of discussion and higher level thinking. Now we want to make sure we get things done in Day 2.
Let’s think about the things we want to make sure we get done before we go home.
Some things that were on the list in the schedule hacking doc already:
- Get Monitoring set-up
- Create policies for things
- Roadmaps and PRDs
- What participation pathways can we identify right now?
- What documentation (if any) should we hack on?
- Eg Discourse documentation can probably wait until we’re coordinating with the rest of the Participation team
