I tried to submit my addon for manual review (step 2 of the process).
Unfortunately, the page loading winded up with an error page (titled like “Oops, we’ve got an error”).
I tried to start over, but it failed with a duplicate UUID error message.
Right now, I’m unable to find my submission in my profile nor anywhere, and I don’t even know if my addon and the sources I’ve provided are actually submitted or not. What should I do?
