here are Reps OKRs for Q1 2018
Objective 1: By the end of Q1, the Reps have internalized the role of being community experts for Mission-Driven Mozillians and they feel prepared to evangelize the agreements to fellow volunteers
- KR1: The Reps Council has delivered a clear role definition for the community experts based on the agreements
- KR2: 70% of the Reps have reported that they have had a conversation about the direction of the program with their mentor or with the Reps Council
- KR3: The Reps Council has delivered a set of guidelines for Reps in order to start conversations with their communities about the Agreements
Objective 2: By the end of Q1, the Reps program will have assessed the main internal processes to support the community experts role
- KR1: We have delivered a report with a recap of the work we have done so far on Mentoring and a clear understanding on how the program will be involved as part of community experts
- KR2: We have delivered a report with a recap of the work we have done so far on Onboarding and a clear understanding how the Onboarding experience will be framed as part of community experts
- KR3: A team of volunteers will have been formed that they will be responsible for the monthly newsletter
- KR4: The Reps Portal has an updated list of activities that reflects the current functional areas and the activities made on the Activate campaigns
