I have been concerned lately with all the spam and off topic messages at Reps General, especially congratulation messages, which make me personally miss quite some important messages, because keeping track of them is just too much. Do we plan to have some stricter rules regarding this? I am unsure about the technical limitations of mailman, but I have the impression that it has been more difficult for Reps to keep track of messages on there with these situations.

Me too, they are very annoying!
I think that today the mailing list will be use only for promote about discussions on discourse and for private messages about us.
I think that in this way there less spam emails.

Yep Nuke, however that is not respected, as far as I can tell. The
biggest problem are one sentence emails still, Iād say.

There is a process to flag it, if someone is not respecting the policy it can be communicated with Council to take actions. In the past we have sent comms to people that were regularly not following the policy.
