We’ve worked on the draft to track the status on the RepsNext implementation and worked on documenting some of the existing parts.

Alex is still working on the Council meeting notes.
Council Chair
Alex is announcing Flore as the new Council Chair for the next 2 months.
New Coaches
We’ve brainstormed ways to engage with the mentors. Working on experimenting with some of those.
Improve outgoing communication
We’re working on a plan to improve communications to our fellow Reps. You can follow along the work being done in the github issue.. We’ve analyzed the results of the survey and came up with next steps. They are being published on Discourse as well.
