Update on Participation Team Support to Reps
Rosana is moving to innovation front in the team and stepping out as Reps program manager and Council member due the lack of time. In the mean time, Nuke to step in as Reps program manager.
Rosana is applying for a Reps Peers spot to keep helping Council and the program from a different perspective.
Head of leadership and learning position coming to Participation team to lead the strategy around leadership and communities (including Reps).
RepsNext Communication
We have a visual, some small changes needed though. Henrik reviewed and updated the text for the blog post, there we’re ready to go now once we have the visual.
Activity Campaign
Activity campaign plan to launch at the end of this week or early next week. There are some blockers waiting for content from functional teams.
The goal of Activity Campaign is to mobilize the local community, re-activate inside Mozilla.
Regional Coaches Status
We were discussing about the regional coaches candidates. Rara raised a flag about some missing countries and misplaced countries based on the regions. We have done an adjustment to Regions 8, 9, 10 to make sure we have the bandwidth to support all the countries and most of them are with culturally similar ones.
