We’re working on a plan to improve communications to our fellow Reps. You can follow along the work being done in the github issue.. We’ve created a draft survey to send out to Reps.

We’ve evaluated our Q3 OKRs against what happened in Q3. Working on a draft for our Q4 OKRs.
Recognition + Swag
Brainstormed ideas around Recognition and Swag, got feedback from the Arabic community gathering.
Type of Activities and Initiatives Updates
Following the Functional Areas updates on the Reps portal, we decided to update on type of activities and initiatives updates to enable the Reps to report their activities more efficiently.
Application Process Discussion
We’ve talked about coming up with a slightly different process to handle the open Reps application. We’ve came up with a Council triage, followed up by an online on-boarding webinar.
