This week Regional Coaches doing reports about the communities they have met (SWOT). We’ve ran into a Blocker: Not a lot of regional coaches have created the community analysis.
New Coaches
Proceeding with 12 mentors.
Improve outgoing communication
We’re working on a plan to improve communications to our fellow Reps. You can follow along the work being done in the github issue.. We’ve created a draft survey to send out to Reps.
Q3 OKRs Evaluation
We’ve evaluated our Q3 OKRs against what happened in Q3. Working on a draft for our Q4 OKRs.
Type of Activities and Initiatives Updates
Following the Functional Areas updates on the Reps portal, we decided to update on type of activities and initiatives updates to enable the Reps to report their activities more efficiently.

We still have all our tasks in the Reps GitHub repository, have a look there to get involved and keep up to date with what we’re up to.
