We’re working on a plan to improve communications to our fellow Reps. You can follow along the work being done in the github issue.. We’ve reached our target response numbers, closing the survey and start analyzing results.
Decision Making Experiment
We’re participating in an experiment, trying to document decisions in Bugzilla. Working on the first 2 decisions to document.
Recognition + Swag
Brainstormed ideas around Recognition and Swag, got feedback from the Arabic community gathering.
Type of Activities and Initiatives Updates
Following the Functional Areas updates on the Reps portal, we decided to update on type of activities and initiatives updates to enable the Reps to report their activities more efficiently.
Application Process Discussion
We’ve talked about coming up with a slightly different process to handle the open Reps application. We’ve came up with a Council triage, followed up by an online on-boarding webinar. Finished the voting part for triaging.
RepsNext Status and Documentation
We’ve worked on the draft to track the status on the RepsNext implementation and worked on documenting some of the existing parts.

We still have all our tasks in the Reps GitHub repository, have a look there to get involved and keep up to date with what we’re up to.
