Replacing the battery

Hi,

I had some issues some time ago. It was summer and I was charging the tablet and because of the heat, the batter became inflated. It worked for some time, but nowadays it doesn’t even power on the tablet.

  • Have you ever tried to open this kind of tablet or would you know how to do it?
  • Would you know which battery is being used and if there is any replacement anywhere?
  • If it wasn’t possible to replace the batter, would you know if Infocus provides any kind of technical support?

Any openings are done at your own risk. We are not aware of what type of battery is used and whether or not it is replaceable. The TCP is no longer being supported along with B2G OS.
