Re, re- re- re- installing themes & add ons each time Firefox has a change

Why is it necessary to re-install re-install & re install themes & add ons each time Firefox makes a change?

Just how do I find a staff member to get rid of THIS-
“Your account does not have the required trust level to post new topics to this email address. If you believe this is in error, contact a staff member.”

It shouldn’t be necessary to reinstall themes every time your browser updates. I suggest you look for help on our support site. You might need to reset your profile.

I should only have one “profile” & I have had this computer for years & also FireFox for years. I’ve had W7 for several years now. I made a copy of the page with the change profile info in case I have to change it.

What I get after Firefox has been changed by a update or add on is the default theme (UGH) and a long row of tabs each with a theme or add on to RE-INSTALL!
Also I keep losing the information in the “Add-ons” tab, the add extensions & theme tab is BLANK! I have had to make an image of the tab for theme & add on so I know what I have when that information is lost. Because of that, I cannot remove, change or disable any of them!

Thank you “jorgeve” for responding to my question.
I made a copy of the page “Change profile” as I would have to shut down
FireFox to change the profile but I should have but one profile.
I have had this computer, service provider, FireFox & W7 for several
years now at this location, only the add ons, theme & FireFox updates &
other updates have changed.

This is what my “theme” tab should be showing.

This is what I have now - nothing!

But clearly I do have a theme installed & working, Lava Fox V2.

The add-on tab is now just as blank.

When I first get through re-re-re-re-re-installing the theme &
extensions AGAIN, the Add on tab shows what I have installed but next
time I open FireFox, there all gone again!

This is what should be showing, not just a blank page!

Thank you for your help, I’m hoping I don’t have to change my profile as
I would just be putting in the same information unless it got corrupted
somehow.

I did discover that “Flashblock” was messing up Alternets pages making
them blank when re-loaded. It’s gone now.
