with @jayeshkr we started our practise week so this is the notes about our first meeting:
1st case
The coachee is a part of a small but growing community and would like to know how they can increase their numbers, enable these volunteers to make impact and make their community visible in the local tech scene.
Jayesh Coachee
- Visibility to a lots of people: approach university student not like marketing, they have a lot of time and interest
- Weekly calls
- Which area/context is comfortable to tech/non-tech
- Activate mozilla to find a functional area to work and find a group of people
- Have small workshop and create teaching kits to give them on weekly call, very knowledge about the functional area
- Approach companies interested to functional area
Daniele Coach
- University students is a good target
- Weekly calls without purpose, organize agenda
- Thinking target is important to find the right contacts
- Have a person inside the university that it’s motivated to help you
- Recognition stuff for joining events and goodies for them
- Promotional stuff like a poster or a group on social media
2nd Case
The coachee is an existing member of a community who do activities as the opportunity comes (i.e new campaign, invitation from schools) making the community stalled sometimes. The mentee wants to learn how he can step up to drive his community to a better direction.

- Communication channels for the community members
- Reach community people for seeking help each other like tech speaker as example
- See the metrics, taking feedback from what I already done: how was useful for them
Daniele Coachee
- Define the goals like functional area
- Organizing your community members to different groups
- Find a way to get updates about opportunity like local websites, social media, mailing list
- Promotional boilerplate like graphics or example of schedule like talks or demo of functional areas
- Weekly call or coffee meetups (on the location) about this activities
