(Personalized) Participation Ladders

In education we’ve been building content that maps to what we’ve called a participation ladder, which has been super-helpful in visualizing opportunity, recognition and as a way to sustain engagement.
Based on feedback, and in the spirit of the virtuous circle between project and contributor - I’m focused on improving this (by a lot) with contribution personas and personalized participation ladders. Like the persona document, this is a draft (I’ll write a blog post after a bit more feedback), and would appreciate your feedback here as well . Thanks!
