After installing persona plus, my search is hijacked and eliminates accessing Google or other search engines with ccs.infospace.com, which seems to be unreachable. This is unacceptable in an add-on for Firefox, and eliminates any possible usage of persona plus.
The only solution I have found is to remove persona plus completely. A former user does not thank persona plus for this.
Where did you download Personas Plus from?
Mozilla add-on site, with Firefox. Three times, in case the first was
just a corruption. All did the same until I ran a malware scanner and
deleted it. Will never install it again.
Inquiries on the net reveal ccs.infospace.com to be a highjack search
installed by some vendors – I don’t know why – and recommendations are
to remove it and/or the offending program that installed it.

This add-on is maintained by the Mozilla Add-ons team. I can assure you, if you downloaded from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/editors/review/personas-plus it does not contain any such features you mentioned.
