Sprint 17 - Details and Forecast

Context and North Star - ParSys Q1 Objectives

OKRs are still in draft and slightly refined from last week. Prefixed in brackets, we list the current achievement confidence on a scale of 1 to 10.

Objective: We have shipped first iterations of the participation systems/software that are important pieces of our long-term roadmap

  • (2) Key Result 1: Mozillians.org LDAP integration (IAM Package C) is on track to become “the LDAP frontend” during Q2 as demonstrated by a bare-bones org chart visualization
  • (2) Key Result 2: Ship (to PROD) first iteration of community support software (CoSS)
  • (3) Key Result 3: Current ParSys priorities rearticulated with underlying business requirements and accepted as an input to the multi-year strategy process

Thanks Henrik. As per your “Planning DoD”, the following question:

Will the PRs in https://github.com/mozilla/activate.mozilla.community/ be reviewed in this Sprint? I’ve commented on all of them, so we can clean it up. There are some duplicates which can be closed, and some that should be merged before the whole thing goes onto Pontoon to not lose valuable translations the community did.

Thanks for pointing this out @mkohler. This probably fell through the cracks because MozActivate work was temporarily off our radar. We will have a look and take action this sprint or next.

Done, PRs are already deployed to PROD.

Thanks! Greatly appreciated!
