I have found Go Parent Folder does not work any longer. I found Parent Folder on Add-Ons site. It does not seem compatible either. Do I have any other options ? I have installed Parent Folder on my system, but cannot find a way to use it ?

Go to Parent Folder was a must for me as I have hundreds of folders which hold thousands of bookmarks. If FireFox can’t come up with a fix that works as well as Go To Parent Folder I’ll have to move to another browser.
This is a major bummer.
I found “Parent Folder”. That seems to do the same thing. I have installed, but cannot seem to use it. It says to use Alt-Up, or a Tool Bar Button. I find I do not know how to use these ?

That extension indeed seems to have trouble actually navigating up on some sites like discourse.
