You need full admins, but lack the resources for it. Perhaps you could allow certification for paid reviewers?
I know of a few companies that could provide devs for this (not mine), that we could perhaps set a charge of $200-300 for a full review, or, hourly.
It doesnt strain mozillas rev any, and could help you all sweep it out.
The resource constraint isn’t monetary, so a paid line wouldn’t help in this case. The limitations have more to do with justifying internally that these hires are worthwhile, and finding the right people for the job, both of which are challenging tasks.
We have a new full time reviewer coming on board next week, which should help with review waiting times, but we’ll probably need at least one more. Hopefully we’ll be able to continue growing, but it’s a slow process.
