I have several systems that cannot get out to the internet but need to use the OpenH264 plug-in. This is a download from Cisco automatically once Firefox connects to the internet. Does anyone know how to manually install the OpenH264 plug-in from Cisco?

I don’t know how exactly the plugin is being constructed and installed, the answer might be in https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/mozapps/extensions/internal/GMPProvider.jsm.
