Onselectionchange - GlobalEventHandlers vs. Document

Can this page – https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Document/onselectionchange – be deleted? (Or if not, should it have a companion Document.onselectstart page?)

MDN already has a page for the onselectionchange event handler at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/GlobalEventHandlers/onselectionchange. This seems more appropriate, based on the spec: https://w3c.github.io/selection-api/#dom-globaleventhandlers-onselectionchange.

@mfluehr: We’re actively in the process of coming up with a plan to refresh all our event-related content to make it more useful and less confusing. I would leave this alone for now, as it’s exactly the kind of thing that will be covered by the event doc revamp.
