That’s not correct. One vouch is all you need to be a vouched Mozillian. Three vouches are needed in order to vouch others.

Vouches should be from people who are familiar with your contributions to Mozilla. So reaching out directly to your contacts is more effective than broadcasting to a bunch of people who don’t know you.
