My company submitted a Firefox extension and lost the credentials. How can I get access to this account to upload an updated version?

I don’t want to create a new account to upload the new extension; then it will look like there are 2 similar extensions by the same company, and people may get confused about which one to download.

I guess an alternate solution is to get the old extension removed from the listing. Can anyone please advise?

I can’t reveal the email address of that user account, but I can tell you that it has an entirely different domain than yours.

Is it @vertive.com? That is the former name of the company before they changed it to Offers.com.
