I am new to this site. However, I know about https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ and http://forums.mozillazine.org/. Are there plans to have a common portal for all of this information? Thanks.
I’d say this site, Mozilla Discourse, is more akin to the forums, newsgroups and mailing lists listed on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/forums/, rather than being a support site.
The official place for Firefox support is still support.mozilla.org (SUMO), and we regularly close topics here with questions about that and direct them to SUMO instead.
Of course, this site is whatever our various stakeholders and users within Mozilla want it to be, so if SUMO wanted to migrate their support site over here, this would then be the official place.
