Mozvr on foxfooding build?

Wondering if it’s possible to use mozvr (http://mozvr.com/) with a Z3C foxfooding build. I know it requires firefox nightly, but not sure if it’s possible to get it for this build w/o screwing something up. If not, that’s alright
(PS: I tried on my android phone with nightly, but it wouldn’t register the movement. I also have an Open C which isn’t a foxfooding build, so I might try flashing a nightly build on that, has anybody tried it?)

To be honest, I’m not sure which build IDs are current for the foxfooding build since I’m building it myself for now.

This is how I’ve activated it on my Z3C:

  1. Plug it in and go to the WebIDE
  2. Connect to the device
  3. Click on “Device Settings” in the right sidebar
  4. Now create a new entry “dom.vr.enabled” and set it to true
  5. the demos should work now

When I do this only the polar demo will work, the others won’t allow me to click the ‘enter vr’ button, instead insisting on letting my finger move the viewpoint around.

me too

Thank you for the tip. I will try when I come back to my home.
I was wondering this morning when we can test it on FirefoxOS.
Tanks again

On my WebIDE the option “dom.vr.enabled” is in “Device Preferences” and I need to restart to activate it.
