My team publishes an add-on through AMO and we are trying to move to web-ext sign. We are having difficulties though because we are seeing the error:
Multiple add-ons violating our policies have been submitted from your location. The IP address has been blocked.
when we try to view our api key or use web-ext sign. We had our extension taken down from the webstore a few months ago because we were minifying our code, but as soon as we were notified we switched our build process and began publishing the source code with the extension. We have had no issues since then and have published the extension a dozen times, however certain avenues still seem blocked to us.
How can we get our IP unblocked to allow us to continue our investigation of web-ext?
