Looked around the docs for this, but no luck - probably just being blind. I’m trying to get a new FF add-on reviewed without it actually being released to users. We already have a version of the add-on in stores. Using the new add-on requires changes to our site that might not be pushed when the review is finished so I don’t want the add-on going to users!
Can anyone suggest how to handle this?

If you mean signed instead of reviewed then you can upload your add-on to AMO and set it as unlisted so that your add-on is not publicly available, unless you publish it yourself somewhere else after it is signed.
If you really mean reviewed then I don’t think it is possible for what you want, the only manual review types are preliminary and full, both of which are made public after the review is successful.
You can hide your listing, so you could do that immediately after your add-on passes review.
