If you go to the “Manage Status & Versions” page for your add-on, you can change it to invisible: “Won’t be included in search results, and its product page will indicate you disabled it. New version submissions for product won’t be accepted in this state.”

Do you mean you want to forcibly disable/remove the extension from users who already installed it? There is a mechanism to blocklist malicious extensions, but I don’t know whether you can get your extension on the blocklist by request.
You could release an update to your extension that removes itself. It’d be good that you show your users some message that explains what’s going on, rather than try to do it silently.
