Having trouble with Addon Bar Restored 3.2 Loaded but does not show

I have been having trouble with Addon Bar (Restores) 3.20 signed

I had it installed and working and then somehow it disappeared.

I unistalled it and re-installed it and after some fussing around got it to reappear for a while, but then it disappered again,

I have unistalled it again, and run ccleaner, and everything else I could think of and re-installed and it still does not show.

Any suggestions?

Try using the puzzle piece addon its much better because it lets me put the addon bar into my url bar its awesome:
