I have come up with ideas that would help to develop a better event for the community to get involved and for Reps to start with

Activities are to earn open badges for their accomplishes within Mozilla’s programs.

Lessons are to encourage participates to the Mozilla’s projects

Training is to teach how to contributes and to follow up with the progress.
and
- Coach …the new reps with the same steps as 1 2 3 and repeat.
