I’m sure most of us have already heard about the Apple vs US government debate over cryptography, and of Mozilla’s stance on the topic: https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2016/02/16/help-us-spread-the-word-encryption-matters/
I think it would be nice to give a concrete signal in support to privacy and cryptography, especially now that all of the internet giants are on the same side.
Mozilla here can make a small, but highly significative contribution: following Apple’s and Google’s steps, enable full disk encryption on Firefox OS before the community steps in. This way, whatever the future will be, Firefox OS user’s privacy will be safe!
