This is a readme to disable some options of firefox for the tracking

I think that is time to parteciapte in this discussion with pull request to improve correctly this project and a internal discussion about ohw the people feel about this things.

Several things about that list are wrong, e.g. SafeBrowsing downloads bad URLs, it doesn’t leak your browsing history. (It may be different for downloads.) It should also mention that some of these things are off in release builds. And the EME one is not about leaking data. And we don’t send any data to Pocket unless you sign up.

Anyone want to do a pull request?
